Happy Birthday Mum!
Today is Mum's birthday. We don't need to talk numbers I am sure but If she got as many runs in a one day match as years she has been around then the crowd would cheer as she trundled back to the pavillion.... You work it out....
Anyway, I hope you have a great day Mum. It's these days that living so far away is less fun.

Thankyou. What a lovely surprise! I have had a super day. The students in my class organised cake and flowers and everyone has been kind. The AP even did my duty!
Now we have a staff meeting until 7pm! Oh well - nice of everyone to hang around with me. Out for tea with the family after we finish.
Sounds good... Enjoy some extra refreshment for me.
